Pre-Sales (Security)
Responsibilities
- Gather assess and understanding customer requirements, both from a business and technical perspective.
- Design effective IT solutions such as Network, Cybersecurity, Cloud. with client focused thinking and strong combination of technical and business relevance.
- Provide Cybersecurity solution design and consulting to customers and to inhouse team such as Presales, Salesperson, Installation, and service team.
- Provide Cybersecurity solutions demonstration and Proof-of-concept (PoC).
- Consistently keep up to date with technology trends from vendors and business partners.
- Develop solution architecture, detailed equipment list (BoM), build solution presentations, Scope of Work, and Project plan.
- Provide and response of TOR/RFP/RFI documents and bidding documents.
- Work with local distributor to deliver solutions to customer.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer science or any related fields.
- 1-3 Years s working experience delivering technical networking design & implementation of solutions to customers. (New Graduate are welcome)
- knowledge and experience in security products such as NG-Firewall, IPS, WAF, VPN/IPSec, SIEM, Web Filtering and Application Control.
- Self-learning and study on new trends and technologies.
- Flexibility and able to work in team environment.
- Professional certifications are an advantage (i.e., SECURITY+, CySA+, CEH, OSCP, CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar) will be advantage.
- Strong communication skill, interpersonal and presentations.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Possess service minded and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
